I use light and visualize and feel it go through my body. I concentrate on each organ, send love and light. This raises my vibration.
Sometimes when I am in this state, Jesus, ( not the religious, fundamental Jesus) will pop into my mind's eye. Other times I see Mary sometimes holding my cat on her lap if I am away from home. Jesus and Mary give out a wonderful loving, light energy that heals and I feel lite as a feather. I have also had light beings or Ets from the Crystal planet healing me and sending me love.
I trully believe this is the healing of the future.
